I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, which made for a comfortable stay. The hospitality from Mr. Mukesh and his team was outstanding, as they went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. However, I did face issues with some staff members, particularly regarding the dining experience, which put a damper on our overall enjoyment. While it has great potential, improvements in service and dining would be beneficial.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Jaisalmer. The peaceful location away from the busy market made for a relaxing experience. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, but the entrance to the hotel could use better signage.
